Robotic Solution Providers are facing problems with the high cost involved in the development and maintenance of Actuation Systems.

We are Solving that problem by developing customized modular smart actuation systems with easy to use software APIs and reliability management through IoT technology

Current Status

We have successfully completed POC with Unbox Robotics. We are presently fulfilling a paid pilot order for their warehouse robots with repeat orders that can generate annual revenue up to 1M USD.

We are also discussing specification requirements and pricing with a factory floor AGV manufacturer Rucha Yantra

The AGV and AMR market size in India is 2 Billion USD and growing at 14% CAGR. Total Robotics Market size is 37.92 Billion at 25% CAGR. Actuation systems contribute to 20% of robot costs (400 Million in the present segment and 6 Billion in total)

Our Collaborative Development with the customer increases the customization and our modular design reduces development time.
Our innovative Gear design increases accuracy and reduces cost.
We collect the performance parameters data on to our servers while the actuation systems are deployed and provide reliability management services that increase availability and reduce downtime for robots.

Finance

We have bootstrapped with an amount of $35K for prototyping and MVP to complete POC.
We need $500K to fulfill the upcoming orders that can generate an annual revenue up to $1.5M and build a production capacity that can generate annual revenue up to $3M

Business model

We sell our hardware units as per unit cost to our collaborative partners and charge AMCs for the reliability management services. We provide all Software tools and APIs associated with our Actuation system for free. We also provide our actuation units for researchers and hobbyists at a retail price.
Our major expenses are Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Human resources and can generate margins up to 35%
