RETSPEC is a multi-designer online platform, where fashion designers are hand picked based on very strict criterion of:
1. Quality
2. Cost
3. Design skills

Problem or Opportunity

Main objective of RETSPEC is to sell designer wear at same cost as major Lifestyle brands like UniQlo, H&M, Zara globally.
Target buyer segment is 18-35 year old corporate employees (サラリーマン).
This segment audience has an opinion that designer wear is something very exclusive limited only to rich businessmen class. We will destroy that perception with our clothing line; delivered to their door step worldwide.
We will be giving opportunities to young fashion designers globally, who otherwise have to give up their dreams due to lack of support from industry. Only those with a rich background are able to make it big in the industry. This will be solving a big hidden problem worldwide.
These designers will be creating exclusive collections for RETSPEC at a very affordable cost. This will be a win-win situation for the RETSPEC and the society.
All our products are handmade, giving employment to thousands of craftsmen worldwide. The detailing which can be achieved through handmade only will also add a lot of value to our product line-up.

Solution (product or service)

Indian fashion when seen from outside world is all about sarees and sherwanis. We are here to break that image. The clothes we sell are something which can be worn in an office in wall street or in a cocktail party in Tokyo.
All the fashion designers on board have skills as good as any big designer in the country but they are young and upcoming, so their costs are still almost half of what other big names are producing.
We are going to break a myth that designer clothes are very expensive.
Regarding our collection, each and every piece on our portal is handpicked by designers and stylists on board.

Advantages or differentiators

Biggest advantage on our side is the control over cost, quality and designs.
Our competitors cannot not give this kind of cost for the designs and quality we offer. At a cost less than ZARA and H&M, we are giving a quality superior than them.
