The current Organization is a result of a designed acquisition around the same time last year. Post acquisition, the entire top management was changed and focus was given on scale; organically. The org focus has been on primarily two aspects, cost and scale; We have been efficiently managing the cost aspect and recognize it to be able to have a thick profit line; While there have been new logos added to the portfolio we still are working on the thought that volumes of sale must be increased even more.
In this effort of scale, a new B2C vertical under Food and Beverages Licence was acquired, which has added to our Top line and helped better our bottom line.
Every year we have nearly ~200,000 new companies that register in India while we could just take 10% of these to be mid sized companies and would require our solution the number is good enough for YoY growth cause we already have about ~48 Mn (SME's) existing (Source: Economic times).
Adding to this the implementation of many reforms made the SME/start-up space relatively bullish, Aimed at increasing growth of manufacturing sector by 12-14% per annum and increase its share of GDP to 25% by 2025.

While we have scaled and seen an increase in top lines, one of the problem statements we always hear from our clients is the entire cafeteria management section, which we believe is a great opportunity to create a parallel revenue stream. While there has been a lot of work done in the B2C section across the industry this project would help the B2B section and our company vision of changing the way corporate's eat across.

Problem Statement: Multiple Catering organizations, no standard food quality or taste clubbed with hygiene and cash management issues.
Solution: Our technical solve will help clients better manage their cafeteria and this would also solve the continuous challenge they face with multiple vendors and non standardized quality management system.

We currently own and run a cafeteria which serves ~4500 customers everyday and have been working on the manual solutions to solve some of the challenges. We have identified a clear technical solve / opportunity to make this more scale-able and affordable.
This will work on the charge back model which will be deducted at source.
For ex; If a customer buys one plate of meals and swipes his/her card, the money is moved into our account which post deduction of commission will be transferred to the vendor.
This is an E2E (End to End) cafeteria management solution, built to help corporate's in taking away their problem statement of multiple vendors and their management.
